The property manager, Stephanie, was very responsive and provided lots of information! It was also very kind and helpful of her to set up a virtual tour since I lived out of state. Ended up not signing a lease only because it wasn't the location I wanted.
I sold these gentlemen (owner finance with a balloon) several properties and have been trying to get them to pay for them per the agreement for almost a year past the close date. I’ve been more than gracious. I have previously written bad reviews and deleted them, because they agreed to hurry things along and did pay some of it.
