The property manager, Stephanie, was very responsive and provided lots of information! It was also very kind and helpful of her to set up a virtual tour since I lived out of state. Ended up not signing a lease only because it wasn't the location I wanted.

I sold these gentlemen (owner finance with a balloon) several properties and have been trying to get them to pay for them per the agreement for almost a year past the close date. I’ve been more than gracious. I have previously written bad reviews and deleted them, because they agreed to hurry things along and did pay some of it. Since they have taken my property under the owner finance agreement, they have allowed a lot of damage to the properties by mismanagement. As far as communication is concerned, it’s terrible.
