Paul, who is coordinating and managing inspections is very personable and helpful in organising at short notice. He was able to book my inspection in the same week I called, as my sale contract needed the inspection completed within 7 days. I also attended the inspection itself, where Tim was very thorough, and knowledgable, giving me an in depth summary of the findings in person, which was so good as I was able to ask questions on the spot. Would recommend to anyone wanting a thorough and efficient building and pest.
On two occasions the team made themselves available to have building and pest inspections within the 7 days and had the report to us the same day they conducted the inspection.
Great communication, and fit my B&P in within a tight time frame. Everything was sufficiently detailed, which provided us the confidence we needed to go ahead with our property purchase. Great work!
