They organised the inspection after I called them on a Sunday saying that I needed an inspection.
Very highly recommended. Prompt service, comprehensive report for property purchase building a pest inspection. Report provided a clear indication of repairs and maintenance that would be required. Exactly what you need when negotiating the final details of house purchase.
These guys did a great job. Inspected everywhere that was available, dilligant in checking inside and out. Very competative price
Had two B+P inspections done with them and both inspectors were thorough, professional and answered any questions I had. Both appointments were made within a days notice and the reports were received by the end of the day. Highly recommend.
Not sure how there are so many positive reviews. He arrived 45 mins late with no contact to advise he was behind. Put on the initial report that he didn’t inspect a bedroom when he did. Missed very obvious issues like a leaking patio roof and fully collapsed fences. Only giving 3 stars because they booked the work in quickly with the agent, and the report was sent the same day (although it needed amending). They were cheap in comparison but you get what you pay for.
