We purchased Shrock Cabinets several years ago. They were fantastic. Recently one of the hinges broke. Not knowing, I tried to purchase a replacement hinge from Amazon. Turned out they were the wrong size. I drove out to Building 9. They let me know that they were guaranteed. I received 2 hinges delivered to my home. Hinges are on and everything is back to normal. Thank you so much. Good to know customer service doesn't stop after the purchase and after many years.
I've dealt with Building 9 for 12 years. It has so much variety and good pricing I get excited to spend the time and take everything in. The quality is so good on every level with all products. The variety of each product helps make the correct decision. This current session will be the third home makeover and I can't to put everything together and boast about my favorite store.
