Bluegreen worst accommodations when it comes to customer service. I was told they do not give day passes since COVID but my last 2 stays during I stayed at he the other resorts paradise point I was given a wrist band but not at the falls. the cliffs shuttled you around to the other resorts. But I guess if you stay at the falls you should expect to be treated like a Bluegreen step child
