I've bought a house in San Jose that had a great location but was in poor condition. With a tight schedule, Buildin Construction Group took on this design-build project. Due to their extensive renovation experience and familiarity with the San Jose City's application process, we finalized a plan to add 1,000 square feet and remodel the internal 960 square feet. I hired them to build my ADU a year ago. Then I hired them again to do a major remodel for the main house. I feel they are very easy to work with, always answering my calls promptly, and always trying to accommodate my requests. They provided great customer service during the entire process. All of the costs were very transparent, with no hidden costs. Their prices were very competitive too. The whole team are very nice people, trustworthy, and they kept their promises. I have recommended them to some of my friends.

BuildIn Construction helped us build an ADU in San Mateo. We highly suggest them: 1. Easy communication: we can always find them! They don’t just disappear for days and jump up saying they were busy. Trust me, you will find plenties of contracts just ignoring you for some days. Not them! They were very promptly answering any questions. 5 stars! 2.
