Teresa is wonderful And the gentleman were extremely helpful in helping us getting our item in the car! They treated us with respect and I am looking forward to buying more items from Builders Surplus! I highly recommend this location! Thank you
I’ve been to several Builders Surplus locations, but the one in Central Falls is by far the best! Everyone there is so nice, helpful, and welcoming specially Lucas and Teresa! They made the whole experience so much easier!
Lucas was awesome! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and he even helped me load my truck. Great service, super quick, and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend!
Theresa at the Central Falls location exercised common sense and problem solving skills for an issue I had with a barn door track. She made my day much easier than the alternative to go to the west Warwick store offered by her co worker. Theresa took control and solved my issue and sent me in my way to continue to be productive rather than blow a 1/2 day driving across the state. Ty Theresa for thinking logically.
