Horrible customer service. Purchased from them many things for my business I bought a door and installer started to install it was twisted on one side they refused to exchange i had to buy two doors in one day.
Was on my way to get coffee this morning and happened to pass by and just had to check it out low key amazingly the staff was super attentive everyone that passed me by was asking if they could help with anything, talked young man I think Ron. We talked 20min or so about patio doors, windows and the glass and the differences he was very knowledgeable. I was also given a few contractors they work with.
