My experience with builders surplus was in Alpharetta Ga. was not great at all. from employees or management dropping the f bomb and other words. Im glad my kids or other kids were not there. Also employees asking each other for help no-one know what to do. Items I was looking for were not in stock. But items in 1 color was available but 2 x the cost then home depot. From the time you walk in the door, someone greets you - even if you're looking for something that is not in the department they are working in...they call someone who is and waits with you until the take over. Howard, Kevin and Thomas...that help us were AMAZING! I bought a special order front door with two side light panels and a back door that is one of a kind for my subdivision.
