My job was scheduled for 8:30 today. No one shows up. When the guy does call after my repeated calls to him, states he can not come. I had taken off work today to be here for the installation and now he wants to come late today. But I had worked my afternoon around his putting me on the schedule for this morning. This has cost me time and money at my job and still no iron work completed. Not a good representation of Customer Satisfaction.
