BMC has been an amazing wealth of knowledge for our personal home and rental property. I don’t even consider making a repair or update without consulting Tom. He has saved us money and time with his professional expertise. They are very quick to respond and answer any questions I have.
Tom came highly recommended by my realtor, unfortunately I cannot recommend him to anyone. I was told my office space would be complete in 3 weeks and it took almost 7 months for no reason other than disorganization and constant miscommunication. I ended up having to both call and email almost daily to get any update on the space because my requests for information were always left unanswered. Horrible contractor. Signed a contract and was to be done on October 1st. Wasn't done until December 1st. I had to give away two months' worth of memberships to my customers--about $10,000 worth--and he didn't care. The tile he installed in the locker rooms were incorrectly installed--in one locker room some of them were hollow underneath (they didn't use enough tile glue) and several cracked because of it.
