Miryam is absolutely amazing. I cannot say it enough. We have been to Builders twice in 6 months and she remembers you. Talks to about what you’re looking for in detail to help make sure you know what your getting and that it’s been tested! Really goes above and beyond! Truly cannot rave enough about Miryam.
Nice unit for a great price. About 1/3 of retail. Although you do sacrifice a full warranty for a one year due to its scratch and dent designation. Staff was helpful. It would be nice if they had a greater variety of brands rather than just Rheem. Overall pleased.
Drove 45 minutes to get here on a Friday at 1:30 and I get here, doors locked lights are off and nobody answers the phone. Maybe its a decent place but I can't say because they don't stick to their hours. Update, I went back and the selection is pretty good and prices are fair. Staff was helpful.
