Very rude front desk lady and the owner won't talk to us. We spent $800 on some door hardware, that they said would fit our door, to replace the hardware we ordered from them 5 years ago. They looked at our records and said they would work. THEY WILL NOT, we would have to drill another hole. They gave us the runaround for weeks and my husband finally had to drive 45 minutes to their store. They made us pay a 30% restocking fee for THEIR mistake. This place has very dishonest business practices. Do not buy from here. You are better off going to one of the big chain stores like Home Depot or Lowes. If you buy anything, they call it all special order, and if doesn't work, you pay a 30% restocking fee. They don't mention it. There's no signs. And it doesn't matter how nice you are about the situation, only looking to take care of themselves. I can't urge you strongly enough to stay away.
