Bad place of business for all employees attempting to work for this company. There is no open door policy and if you attempt to try the open door policy arguments arise. The pay is terrible whereas if you are not paid for one job within the week of your paycheck. Your money will be added on next week's pay. The owner of the company Tim is disrespectful as well as the supervisor Don. They are very close minded and will fire you for speaking your mind. I hired Tim to reinsulate some buildings I own and his guys half way did the job. One of them was only insulated down the middle with none on the sides which made the walls inside sweat . I was promised over and over he was going to make it right but never showed up and quit taking my calls ! Buyer beware ? No service after the check is cashed!
