Fast and friendly. Minimal wait time
I’ve been an installer of windows and doors for the past 7 years. Ive dealt with many door companies products before but not as bad as BHI. The door frame was a quarter inch different in width from top to bottom to start with. If you wiggle the fixed door the top pin falls back in the door and you would think you could lock it in place except the lock doesnt work. Awful doors do not buy these.
