So nice to work with a vendor that is helpful and responsive and does what they say they will do. Had a hard time getting any service let alone a phone call back from other supply houses. Thanks guys!
Apparently there is no mechanism through which to call and see if an order is ready for pick up. It’s a long drive just to see if something is in that you’ve already purchased.
This is the worst company to deal with. Please save your time and money and find anywhere else to get your building supplies. They have shipped us the wrong doors 3 times now. They shipped us the wrong trim. They have cost us 3+ months in delays and now we have been waiting 1+ months for a refund. It's ridiculous.
