Apparently there is no mechanism through which to call and see if an order is ready for pick up. It’s a long drive just to see if something is in that you’ve already purchased. Brian, thank you for review, here is some gaslighting… you also don’t staff the will call desk for crap. They have to help people load. Owners just greedy beyond reason. Stay away if you respect yourself
So nice to work with a vendor that is helpful and responsive and does what they say they will do. Had a hard time getting any service let alone a phone call back from other supply houses. Thanks guys!
