The biggest issue we had with Builders FirstSource was the behavior and attitude of the delivery drivers; especially a driver named Reggie. I understand construction deliveries can be stressful and time-sensitive, but there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to customers in a rude, demanding, and disrespectful manner. Very disappointed with the professionalism from Builders FirstSource. The communication from both the office and delivery team was terrible throughout the entire process. Trying to get clear answers or resolve issues felt like a full-time job. The delivery drivers were especially rude and aggressive. Our experience with Builders FirstSource has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Between rude and unprofessional delivery drivers, broken and missing materials, and repeated delivery errors, this company created unnecessary stress and costly delays on our project. Even after contacting dispatch directly to correct the issues, we still continued receiving the wrong materials. These people have crazy attitudes. Won't deliver here again. White guy in receiving is worst of all. Come outside to yell in my face bc I didnt move my truck fast enough when they have forklift guys blocking the way thru and a straight truck blocking my turn. If he talks to his coworkers like that, they will put him in the hospital soon. Deserves no stars
