I have a R S Parker Home whose windows were supplied by Pro Build that was acquired by Builders FirstSource. Some of my windows and the half moon over my front door lost their seals. As the warranty on the glass is for 10 years, you would think it would not be a problem to get the glass replaced. It has taken me over 4 years to get the correct glass for the windows. RecommendedBFS in Hot Springs was basically an everyday stop for us while building our home. Rafters, OSB, insulation, windows, interior/exterior doors, garage door, all our hardware for the doors, and even the concrete for our concrete countertops. I don't even know why I stopped in. Maybe because I needed a part for a cabinet that they were a distributor for. Hmm. Got blown off by the cabinet sales person. It seems like every time I try to shop here it's a bad experience. Unless you are a regular who spends lots of money customer service is horrible. Not coming back anytime soon. Yes I will let Merillat Cabinets Know how you represent them.
Hands down the most elite lumber yard in this galaxy. Jim Ward is the best salesperson and he can bench press a lift of 2x12-16s. I saw it.
