I have a R S Parker Home whose windows were supplied by Pro Build that was acquired by Builders FirstSource. Some of my windows and the half moon over my front door lost their seals. As the warranty on the glass is for 10 years, you would think it would not be a problem to get the glass replaced. It has taken me over 4 years to get the correct glass for the windows. Not a good company to deal with,private message me and I’ll explain before you use this company
They are Not a supporter of local events. Had my car towed when in their lot while at a soccer event sponsored by Horry County parks and Rec. I was there for 10 minutes. I will never buy anything from them.
