service is lacking in all areas, except sales. sales will walk through fire for you, but after you have signed, that level of attention never returns. Deliveries are typically late, and always incomplete. back orders can take an additional 3-7 weeks with no follow up from them, if you want information you have to chase them. which is always fun for a small builder like me. they dont stand behind their product, once it is on your home, its your problem, and good luck to you. I needed a small order of 15 replacement glazing channels for three sizes of wood Windsor Windows originally installed by Pulte in 1995. I could not find these in the correct sizes and grey color after several hours on the Internet. My window-repair contractor could not find them either.
