service is lacking in all areas, except sales. sales will walk through fire for you, but after you have signed, that level of attention never returns. Deliveries are typically late, and always incomplete. back orders can take an additional 3-7 weeks with no follow up from them, if you want information you have to chase them. which is always fun for a small builder like me. they dont stand behind their product, once it is on your home, its your problem, and good luck to you.
