Placed a large order of lumber was told it would be delivered after lunch, no one ever showed no one ever called… Next morning when I called to ask what it happened both the office personnel and dispatch hung up on me… Horrible customer service
Probuild placed a lien on our property after our contractor went out of business. Our cabinets were never delivered and they never tried to discuss the matter with us personally until after they had filed the lien. Now a year has gone by, the cabinets are no longer under manufacturers warranty and are basically useless to us. Yet Probuild still holds the lien. Watch your back if you deal with this company. They only believe in their bottom line and will run over anyone in order to collect a buck.
Rude and nasty. Randall is the only person I have dealt with that is professional. The people at the counter suck.
Lazy and they just plain don't care! That's my G-rated version.
