Let me start out by saying, these people know their business in that they are educated in regards to the materials they sell, they have beautiful products, reasonable prices, but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. We contacted them in March 2018 wanting to purchase new gas logs. Kyle came to our house and said our existing logs were fine, just needed minor repairs. We paid $150 for the service call. Kyle said if any further issues to call him and he would come right back out. We have tried to call repeatedly over the last six months and Kyle ignored our calls or said he would call us back to set up an appointment. After a month of emailing/ phone calls to and from Michelle about what I was looking for, she sent my information to Kyle. After 3 attempts to contact him, he called me back and set up a time to come out so I could have an estimate. This is after he told me she should have never told me the price of the unit as there are fees to install (yes I am aware there are additional fees than just the price of the item, that's why I needed an estimate). I purchased a fireplace from this company four years ago. Since then the fireplace only works part of the time. Have call the company many times about our problem. It's still not working correctly. I wish my builder had never recommended this company.
