First time buying at this place, I had a great customer service from Nathaly. I was looking for special order fence panels and BFC was this only place that was able to get those panels for me. Order arrived on time and I found great selection of products and good prices.

Needed to replace. No issues at all
Came to get pricing for posts. They were short staffed and I waited patiently. Then once someone finally made contact, the rep didn’t really want to help. I practically had to beg the rep to check for inventory. I was told to go to Dixieline as they would have their inventory and more time to help. Not going back!
