This place I wish I had lent about the last bathroom I did up. Open all the time, staff are knowledgeable and helpful, huge range best of all great prices.
Hi there, the products and prices in BDW are pretty good and affordable. However the customer service is quite poor, most of the staff are rude and very intolerant. They are behind the main counter and show no interest of helping or showing the range and products quality in the “showroom “ I have been a loyal customer from 2023 when they were in Nerang and followed them to Arundel. Maxine was the best but she is no longer there. I won’t be coming back .
