Hi there, the products and prices in BDW are pretty good and affordable. However the customer service is quite poor, most of the staff are rude and very intolerant. They are behind the main counter and show no interest of helping or showing the range and products quality in the “showroom “ I have been a loyal customer from 2023 when they were in Nerang and followed them to Arundel. Maxine was the best but she is no longer there. I won’t be coming back .
Great warehouse never knew about them wasn't expecting such a good showroom!
Craig was extremely helpful, professional, and never pushy. He offered great suggestions that really made the experience easy and stress-free. The service and prices were beyond what we’ve experienced elsewhere – truly outstanding. Highly recommend!
We had exceptional service at BDW. The ladies were extremely helpful and supportive. The reason why I did not leave 5 stars is that we were delivered the incorrect vanity. The ladies helped us to rectify this error. Thank you
BDW have been fantastic to deal with. Craig at the Arundel store has consistently helped us with choosing everything we needed for our 2 bathrooms and laundry renovations. No pressure sales and helpful advice. And when there were issues (as there always is), they're incredibly supportive to get any problems rectified. Highly recommend Craig and the Arundel team!
