We used to really like this supplier - bought supplies for two bathrooms, one faulty toilet but they were great, came out and replaced it. We later had problems with black finish on two sink wastes. We phoned two or three months back told a guy there of problems he replied that the earlier produced black items were suspect so bring them back for replacement.
