Twice they were to come out and dk our floors. First time they said Don was in the hospital, claimed they were sending a second crew.. no one showed up and owner would only text. Claims they fired crew and we gave them a second chance, once again no show. Don’t even bother contacting them.
I would never use this company again. They did the worst job refinishing a floor that I have ever seen. Uneven sanding, pools of dried lacquer, spots of no stain or lacquer, baseboards ruined and more. I agree with other review, stay away even if the price seems good.
Nightmare. Stay away! For starters, they didn't show up when they said they would. Had to move around schedule to be home for them but then when they say they would be there at 7:30am, they role in at 1pm. This happened multiple times. Then they play their music throughout your house which I thought was rude. But the worst of all was the quality.
