Review I would like to start this review by addressing the fact that I’ve never encountered a business that is more haphazardly ran, with such little respect for customers time in my 42 years of life. Jimmy was very nice, and friendly but has to be one of the most disorganized and forgetful person to run a business. This place sells door hardware, Bath hardware and bathroom accessories. Everything is special order with delivery in 1 week or longer.
Outstanding
Jim & Ginger have dodged my calls for 4 months regarding a door hardware warranty claim. 6 weeks ago I visited the store in person and Ginger indicated they have been “busy” and will follow up via email to begin the warranty process. The email never came and my calls are still being avoided. I have bought very nice hardware for two large homes from Builders Choice and am flabbergasted by their avoidance at this time. Be aware.
Massive selection of door knobs and drawer pulls. Folks were friendly. There was a manufacture error on my order, but they sorted it out quickly. Highly recommend.
