Rob Plada does a great job as a sales representative for BSG. His very knowledgable about the smart home functionalities and the security system features. I would recommend him to anyone who has questions regarding a home alarm system.

Mark came today to replace our malfunctioning front door lock, and in the process shared a ton of knowledge about how to maximize use of this system in our home. He talked me through each step and tested that everything from the front door lock, the doorbell camera, the garage door opener, to the system monitor in the hallway was all working properly before he left.
