Linda was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly responsive in getting the repair work done after a flood from our fridge. She completed drywall and painting in the kitchen and basement as well as reinstalling insulation and baseboards and replacing a damaged ductwork connection. I recently hired Linda and her team at Builder Decor. Before I could list my house for sale, I needed my hardwood floors refinished in my 1913 home, some bamboo flooring in the addition repaired, and the carpet in the Master replaced. When my single bathroom floor rotted and needed to be replaced, Linda made it happen. She wrangled all the subcontractors to show up at the right place, at the right time, and I had an operational bathroom by the end of the day. We had also decided to upgrade the floor material, and it really turned out perfectly. 10/10, highly recommend

Rather than assuming the root cause Linda investigated and determined it was different. Mapped out remediation steps and made them happen. Followed up on each step. Kept us updated on timing and status. Very pleased with the effort.
