Is there any way to shut this place down. I ordered one hand held shower head in Nickel. It arrive in chrome. Packing slip said it was from Gerber Plumbing fixtures, LLC and ordered by Build.com. Gerber claims it was ordered and to be paid for by Bu9ld.com and they have nothing to do with making an exchange. Build.com web site puts you into Ferguson. A call to Ferguson and they claim they have nothing to do with the order it is completely up to Build.com. Build.com has no way to reach them. A rip off. I would avoid B... read more
