On March 23, 2025 we had a severe hale storm that we had no warning about. Baseball sized hale that literally destroyed cars and caused severe damage to home exteriors, especially roofing systems. Joshua Torres introduced himself to my mother and we began the process of getting our roof replaced immediately!
