We had one of the worst experiences with this company. We met with the company owner, Mr. John Jay Garcia, who promised us a beautiful paint job for our new house. Within 2 weeks, the paint is peeling, there are areas that were painted that should not have paint on it, there are brush marks on may walls and a ceiling, and the plaster they put for a wall is wrinkled and unfinished. We have brought in two professional, licensed painters to see the work and they stated the work was done incorrectly. We now have to shell out sev... read more

Build Right Construction is misnamed. Save yourself a major headache and choose another contractor. My husband and I hired them to remodel two bathrooms. The owner, Jay Garcia, quoted three weeks for the job, but took 5 months and the final budget was double the original estimate. He performed the work illegally without permits even though he told me he would obtain them and failed to properly remediate a mold issue even though he told me that his company was certified for mold removal.
