We are so grateful for everything Chad and the 360 BuildPro team did for us! The quality of their work is outstanding, and their communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. Chad went above and beyond, especially when it came to working with our insurance company, which made the whole experience so much easier for us. We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Build Pro and we are SO happy with it. Their attention to detail is top notch and they do things right the first time. Communication from start to finish was great. We received weekly, if not sometimes daily updates on what the schedule looked like for the upcoming week ahead. We were given a 6 week time frame and they finished 6 weeks to the day! 10/10 would recommend
Chad was the best. Found the problem, fixed the problem. Fast, efficient, professional, polite. Reasonable …I had a problem with roof/chimney slow leak. Hard to find problem. Another roofing company quoted me $4,500 to fix and they weren’t sure it would fix the problem or guarantee. Really.!!! Chad came out promptly looked at area. He fixed within a few days 😳 Wow. Also getting up on roof during 90 plus degree weather to fix was very much appreciated.
