I am writing this review to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with Coventry Homes and to warn future buyers about my experience. Since February 2026, I have been actively dealing with an open warranty claim that remains unresolved. If your first point of contact is this dismissive and unhelpful, it says everything about the business. Refusing basic courtesy like restroom access to someone clearly there for business is beyond unprofessional. Would never consider working with a company that operates like this and clearly other reviewers sharing their negative experiences speaks to this even more.

First, we are NOT first time homeowners and have owned a Perry and David Weekley home in the past. These builders all use the same trades. What we loved about Coventry was the floor plan and the Sales Person. Matt was one of the only salesmen to listen to what we needed. He wasn't just pushing a sale. He was helping us through a new chapter. The builder was friendly and the few small issues we found were taken care of. We love our Coventry Home!

I have contacted the warranty department nearly 10 times over the past 3 months, yet no one has come to inspect or resolve these issues. Each time I call, I am told someone will follow up or that a manager will get involved, but nothing ever happens. Text messages go unanswered, and there has been absolutely no follow-through. Believe the negative reviews. The homes are highly priced, but the build quality is far below expectations. After submitting a warranty request, it is extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone. When communication does happen, it is often informal and unprofessional, typically through text messages that go unanswered after your response. I strongly recommend completing both home inspections, one after signing and another before the warranty period ends. If I could go back, I would not have purchased a home with Covent... read more
