My experience with Build My Courts was extremely disappointing. I hired the company to manage all aspects of constructing a basketball/pickleball court in my backyard, and paid half of the total cost upfront as required. Throughout the process, communication was poor. I had to make repeated calls and send numerous texts just to receive updates on scheduling, progress, and completion timelines.
