My experience with Build My Courts was extremely disappointing. I hired the company to manage all aspects of constructing a basketball/pickleball court in my backyard, and paid half of the total cost upfront as required. Throughout the process, communication was poor. I had to make repeated calls and send numerous texts just to receive updates on scheduling, progress, and completion timelines. So I called several companies to get quotes and Logan answer the phone. I shared what I needed done which was painting a pickleball court and he answer all my questions. I got on their schedule after we discussed the dry time of the concrete. Th workers came out and with in two days had completed the process. We are super happy and will definitely be using this company again.
