Came out after a phone call to price a relatively small pair of jobs, and upon arrival tells me he'll be at high-end of quotes, as the company is really structured to do jobs $30k+ and has higher overheads—and that I might want a handyman instead. The estimator mentioned this after about a minute on site, even after I had clearly said to the same gentleman what I was looking to do on the phone.
