Buildmasters, and specifically Bob Grenadier, the manager overseeing the work performed at our home - is literally the worst contractor I have ever worked with in 45 years! Bob continually lied to me regarding the work done that was being covered by our insurance company, he told me everything that the insurance adjuster said was covered was NOT covered. We had a really good experience with Roof Masters. After dealing with another contractor who put on a new roof at our house in Boynton Beach just 5 years ago and then went out of business, we were pretty frustrated and didn’t know who to trust. Eddie came out and honestly went above and beyond. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and even went up into the attic in the middle of a hot day to make sure there were no leaks or anything we were missing. My Mom’s condo was damaged in Boynton Beach. I worked with Bob from Build Masters to restore her home and through insurance and also paid privately for a new upgraded shower and decorative molding throughout. Long distance was a bit difficult in the beginning however on going everything was completed very nicely. Bob met my husband and myself on site to walk through and address a few minor things and graciously installed a nicer master shower head we bought. Roof Masters has been incredibly responsive - with problem determination and highest quality work on our roof. Sever repairs done now to different parts of the roof - and we have been totally satisfied !!
Great quality work. Very responsive to individual home needs. Very timely on work completion. Eddie Abbadi Sales Manager is on top of it and great to work with. Glad I chose Roof Masters. Very competitive in pricing as well.
