My wife is the Melissa that gave Buildmasters a negative review. I totally disagree with her review. Bob and his crew did a great job and he went above and beyond what the insurance company paid for in my opinion. There was some excess damage that had to wait to be worked on until the insurance company covered it and my wife probably didn't understand what was going on.
