Sam did great work for me on a larger remodel. He had a wide range of skills in things like finish carpentry, electrical, tile, drywall and many others. This is rare to find! His workmanship was excellent in each of those. It was much better to go with him for many items rather than hire out to individual sub-contractors. His price was more than fair, his communication was great and most importantly, the quality of the work was incredible. I will definitely be using Sam on my next home renovation project!
Called the guy. Told him what I want and need. He gave me recommendations. Went with the option I wanted. He executed it and overall great delivery. Got me a much more awesome shower head and other things for the bathroom. Its not in the photo. I appreciated the recommendations because I wouldn't have thought of them. Clean everyday after leaving. And cleaned when project ended. All garbage etc gone. Appreciate the good/hard work.
I recently hired Sameer for two projects in my home: a custom TV feature wall and staircase wainscoting. I am extremely happy with the quality of his work. The craftsmanship on both projects lived up to my expectations, and the finished results have completely transformed the look of my home. Sam has now done two jobs for us - built ins in our family room and closet built ins - both jobs were done perfectly. Sam is very professional and pays attention to every detail, I would trust him with any project!
