Build It Up Design converted our dusty old garage into the coolest ADU ever! What was just storage space before is now a perfect guest house with a full bathroom and kitchenette. The team was super creative with the layout – fitting way more than we thought possible into that small footprint. They handled all the permits and stuff too, which was a huge relief. Now we’ve got family fighting over who gets to stay in the “fancy garage” when they visit!
