would not recommend Built It Mississauga for any construction or renovation work. My experience with this company was very disappointing from start to finish. The project was delayed far beyond the promised timeline, and communication was almost nonexistent. Phone calls and emails went unanswered for days, and when I finally got updates, the information was inconsistent and unclear.
“I had a very negative experience with Build It Mississauga. The project was delayed multiple times without clear updates, and the quality of the work did not meet expectations. On top of that, communication was unprofessional and it felt like accountability was completely lacking. For the amount charged, I expected a much higher level of service and reliability. I would strongly advise others to consider different contractors before choosing this company.
What bothered me most was the lack of accountability. Every time I raised a concern, I was met with excuses instead of solutions. Deadlines were missed repeatedly, and the cost of the project went far beyond the original quote with little justification. I regret hiring this company and would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress and find a contractor that values honesty, craftsmanship, and professionalism.
Poor skilled employees. Bad customer service, they took the payment but no progress of work. This company sucks!
