1. McCully tries (and fails) to ingratiate himself to the local community by changing his name to Mikale. 2. McCully was happy to sell me $1000 worth of worthless solar equipment, despite me being a single woman with zero electrical experience. Had to spend more money to have someone actually set it up so that what he sold me powered...my laptop. 3. When I complained, McCully was nowhere to be found. It’s been two years since we had our system installed. We have had nothing short of frustration and headaches from day one. Mikale had a guy named Casey do our programming of Mate 3 and it was totally done wrong. Long story short, all of our batteries 8 total, had to be replaced because they went dead due to wrong parameters being set from beginning.
