Scott S. with Build-It better, built it poorly and not to code. He Quoted a price and I agreed. He had me pay the higher amount of the bid upfront stating if it was not that amount, he would refund the difference. The Work was almost complete and then he said I owed him money and he wasn’t going to complete the install of the water heater without the additional money being paid.
