Be aware - Nick Burrell is a scammer. He took our money and didn’t finish the job! We had a contract with for the renovation of our apartment in Sunny Isles. It took him forever to file for permits (3 months!) because of numerous mistakes of his. Then finally when we got the permit and he started with the job in December 2022 and was supposed to be done in 30 days like the contract says.
