Experienced coach with professional knowledge of body building and rehab. She is able to explain correlation of each body parts accurately which helps you understand more how your daily motions relate to muscle pain/score. with this understanding, much more efficient to achieve goal you want!! 很高興在健身的路上遇到這位教練Billie ! 健身運動並不是每一個人都能夠自己在家做而且就能很清楚明白所做的每一個動作是否能夠達到想要的要求,是否真做對了?一個看似簡單的動作,若是做錯了/用力的地方不恰當等等,就不能夠達到效果,亦有機會讓自己受傷。 Billie不單幫助我抖正一些自己在網上健身課程中犯的錯誤,幫助受傷的肌肉漸漸恢復,也用最簡單清楚明白的方法讓我掌握了一些基本的原則,比如在做何種動作鍛煉的時候發力點在哪裡,怎樣去感受肌肉的動態/身體如何反應。。。以達到意想不到的效果。 有一些金錢和時間值得去花費,就少走一些冤枉路。 多謝Billie !
