I am absolutely thrilled with the cabinetry Build Complete created for my home — from my new laundry and walk‑in robe to the study shelving, ensuite shaving cabinet, and my son’s wardrobe. I had a cabinet altered by Build Complete. At the time I collected said cabinet it was picked up by a young man who, with no assistance loaded it into my car. While this may have seemed heroic to him, it resulted in a split in one one shelf It was far too big and heavy to be carried by one person alone. The company owner, who apparently considers himself omnipotent, has refused to address the issue. Such lack of care and customer service is abhorrent. As a result I am totally unimpressed.
