My experience, from beginning to end, has been wonderful. The salesman wasn't a "hard sell" kind of guy. Provided lots of information, including all measurements. He was responsive when reaching out with further questions. The installers were excellent and timely. The office staff (Taylor and Marion) were excellent. They were helpful and responsive. This company is the best and very reasonably priced. I needed new front doors and a couple of windows.They came out promptly to give me an estimate and they installed them on schedule. (No delays) Everyone was pleasant and great to work with. When I would have a question they would get back with me the same day even if it was after hours and on the way to their children’s sporting event. An extremely positive experience with Jeremiah and his very capable team. They installed 2 hurricane doors for me. I chose them because they are qualified contractors under The My Safe Florida Home program, and I will be receiving 2/3 of the cost back from the State of Florida. Additionally, they provided the most competitive price of about 5 quotes I received. The service was friendly, reliable, and competent: three things you rarely see from local contractors. I highly recommend them.
