Poor customer service
Totally worth it! Experience beyond expectations. I was dragged around in the mud by multiple techs at the “big stores” for over a week. Should have gone to Brent from day 1. Excellent turn around time. Gave it to me straight and talked me through every decision and process along the way. Will be going to him again with any computer issue in the future! Wish there was a 10 star rating because he deserves it!
I spent a great deal of money to have my computer serviced. The original problem was not resolved. My coworker was able troubleshoot and diagnose problems the tech didn't bother to mention. I will not be going back here.
