Husband and I went in to this location to pick out a bear and a boy outfit and girl outfit to do a gender reveal and the workers were so great! Ainsley and her coworker, who's name we didn't catch, were so sweet and made the process so much better for us. When we weren't really finding options we absolutely loved, Ainsley went to the back and helped us find the most perfect options.
We had a lovely time celebrating my daughter's 6th birthday here. Paige was an amazing party host! She was so wonderful with all the kids, everyone had a great time. The special heart ceremony was adorable. I would definitely recommend hosting a party here.
I ordered a bear through the online store, and selected the “delivery by uber” option- which gave me no information on what store the bear would be made at/sent to, and provided no option for cancelling or redirecting. HOWEVER, the amazing team at build a bear alafaya gave me a call to let me know the bear was an hour away from the intended address (which of course no uber would be willing to drive) and quickly offered to fedex it from their store and cover the cost. so so kind and helpful!!!
