I dont have anything negative about build a bear in general. All but one employee was great. I unserstand they have their thing they have to do and say and go through, etc... The lady who was stuffing the bear, mind you my son literally just turned 3, was pushing his hand away and all he wanted to do was put the heart in the bear. The manager Ainsley is beyond rude. I’ve been coming to this location for the past 5 years with my service dog and getting the pay your age birthday bear and she refused to let him do it and was honestly quite rude about him coming into the store at all. Clearly someone forgot her heart.
