Do NOT EVER purchase a Build-a-Bear from their website and have it shipped. First, if the website is having issues, build a bear will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix the problem! I have spent 3 days talking between Build a Bear and FedEx. Fed Ex is NOT the problem...Build a Bear can not get their story straight to help in a reprinting of a label. Even talking with supervisors do not help. They continue to say thing....for me to call FedEx and have them reprint a label (passing the buck). On the 5th call for today, I was speakin... read more

Holy cow what a great experience! We had a Girl Scout party last week and the entire staff was WONDERFUL! Ainsley handled the large group with ease and kept them engaged the entire time. I highly recommend!
Such a fun interactive experience even if you don't have children. The staff is super friendly and more than helpful.
