Taylor is absolutely obnoxious and should not be working with children at all, No one in that store should be working with children. The vibe is creepy and they do not help children at all. Come here if you want your child traumatized
They completely ruined my daughter‘s birthday. The employee that was working there was obviously sick and coughing and sneezing while stuffing my child stuffy, she was actively drooling and had snot coming out of her nose when she kept wiping with her hands and then touching my Childs stuffed animal the manager on shift. Taylor was completely obnoxious and difficult to deal with. I would never go back this completely ruined my daughter‘s birthday. I would recommend going here if you want your child’s day ruined and them sick
The workers do pressure you to add more stuff, and don't offer to print your Build-A-Bear's name on its birth certificate.
