The manager Ainsley is beyond rude. I’ve been coming to this location for the past 5 years with my service dog and getting the pay your age birthday bear and she refused to let him do it and was honestly quite rude about him coming into the store at all. Clearly someone forgot her heart.
I take my Great Niece there with her mom. Love all the cool stuff My Great Niece Loves it
Alex was so attentive and helpful. It was very busy and they were there alone, but they never ignored any of the customers. You have a great employee on your hands.
I enjoy visiting build-a-bear on occasion and had my first visit to this location recently. The store was clean, bright, and the staff were helpful. There is plenty of parking in the area. This location is smaller than others in central florida, so the clothing selection is not as expansive. That said, I imagine most children would find the stuffed animal and clothing selection to be perfectly exciting and fun.
