Being in an elite group of master builders, Keat and his team's workmanship are top-notch and exquisite as we are satisfied with the quality being delivered in renovating two of our powder rooms. He's also very responsive with issues raised and ever-willing to provide valuable insight when called upon. I would strongly recommend him if you are considering any renovation or building projects. How Keat renovated our 1960s home within a very limited period of time and was able to allow us to move in by a very firm date. Despite encountering lots of unforeseen repairs (leaking roof, leaking pipes) that needed to be done to the existing house, everything was still completed and managed without delay. He was very accommodating and understanding of our young family’s timing and needs.
