EDITED: We thought we will be getting wall-hanging vanity units as discussed during the initial onsite quotation stage but were advised later in a casual manner that this cannot be done due to existing piping location (should have ensured this is mentioned in the written quote/contract as we have communicated this requirement across all who attended our home for quotes) as well as the fact there are two variations for the plumbing which were only communicated very last-minute in the final invoice instead of much earlier. He's also very responsive with issues raised and ever-willing to provide valuable insight when called upon. I would strongly recommend him if you are considering any renovation or building projects. How Keat renovated our 1960s home within a very limited period of time and was able to allow us to move in by a very firm date. Despite encountering lots of unforeseen repairs (leaking roof, leaking pipes) that needed to be done to the existing house, everything was still completed and managed without delay.
