Electrical issue that was causing a host of issues in my Chevy Silverado truck. Jenny Gretzinger & Micki Nelson spoke to us at length and assured us they would figure out the problems. Turned out it was a short in the tailgate latch that was causing other problems. We had the truck back sooner than we expected. The entire staff at Parson's goes above & beyond to provide excellent customer service!
Great staff who helped me within 4 days or less getting a vehicle. Very quick at the purchase portion and very thorough on the paperwork as well as the introduction to the new car. Great company. I highly recommend parsons in eagle river♡ Staff are amazing and I actually walked out with a car!
Parson's did a fantastic jobs on my extensive body work after my car accident! They communicated each step clearly and worked directly with the insurance company making the repairs smooth, easy with no out of pocket cost to me.
