Highly recommended had a wonderful experience a this dealership!(shannon) and (Sami) made feel comfortable from beginning to end . no pressure what so ever, and worked hard to get me down to the monthly payments and car I wanted. We Went through all My paperwork and also showed me how to work my new car in a very timely manner .
Was left sitting in the waiting room for a period of time, because my papers got shuffled in service. They made it right as soon as I said something. Other than that, I have never had an issue.
I went in to get a vehicle. I was helped by a great salesperson 'jeremie' who had me up to the point of submitting my paperwork to the accounting department. And then everything I submitted seemed to need to be reverified. They needed my original social security card (provided), needed two additional check stubs (provided), employment verification (provided) with an extra call to my place of employment (really) and then it became clear my paperwork was not the issue...maybe more the color of my skin.
